About the Shun Qian Feng Shui & Metaphysics Team
Shun Qian Feng Shui & Metaphysics is a Feng Shui and metaphysics consulting team based in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, Malaysia, with more than 10 years of practice and thousands of household and business clients served to date. Our work is grounded in the Yi Jing (I Ching, 易經) tradition and applies the Yin-Yang, Wuxing (五行, Five Elements: metal / wood / water / fire / earth) and Bagua (八卦, Eight Trigrams: 乾坤震巽坎離艮兌) framework to advise on residential, retail and office Feng Shui surveys, as well as date selection, Ba Zi (八字, Chinese Four Pillars of Destiny), divination and naming consultations.
We work in two delivery modes. Remote consultations — where clients share their property details and family Ba Zi charts and our team produces a written report — are available to clients worldwide. On-site surveys focus on Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Penang and Johor). Public content on this site — daily Chinese almanac notes, 12-zodiac annual fortune forecasts and traditional metaphysics guides — is jointly reviewed by our consulting team and published under the "Shun Qian Feng Shui & Metaphysics Team" byline rather than any individual name.
Our methodology
Grounding in classics
All of our writing and consultations are anchored in the Yi Jing (I Ching, Classic of Changes) — the foundational Chinese text on change, simplicity and constancy. In daily practice we also draw on publicly available classical references including Yuan Hai Zi Ping (《淵海子平》, foundational Ba Zi text), San Ming Tong Hui (《三命通會》, comprehensive Ba Zi compendium), Xie Ji Bian Fang Shu (《協紀辨方書》, classical date-selection reference), Xuan Kong Feng Shui (《玄空風水》, core Li-Qi Feng Shui text), Zang Shu (《葬書》, classical Feng Shui theory) and Zhou Yi Can Tong Qi (《周易參同契》, Yi Jing synthesis).
Analytical framework
