Refund Policy

All metaphysics reports, Feng Shui analyses, BaZi readings, electronic files, and online consultations provided through the Website are digital content and personalized services. Once generated or delivered, they cannot be refunded, exchanged, or cancelled.

This is because each analysis or report is prepared independently based on personal data (such as date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth) and cannot be reused or resold.

Under the following special circumstances, you may apply to us for a refund or adjustment:

• Duplicate charges caused by system errors, duplicate payments, or technical issues
• Failure to deliver the service as promised (for example, no content received after payment completion)
• Other reasonable exceptions recognized by the Website

Refunds will be returned via the original payment method and typically take 7 to 14 business days to process.

The following situations are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:

• The service has been completed or the report has been delivered
• Personal data provided by the user is incorrect (e.g., inaccurate birth time, date, or location)
• Refund requested due to subjective dissatisfaction or differing personal expectations
• Services purchased with a discount, coupon, or promotional offer
• Online consultations that have already started or are scheduled

If you have completed payment but have not yet submitted your data, or the service has not yet started, you may contact [email protected] within 24 hours to request a modification or cancellation. After this window, the service will be considered to have started and no refund will be accepted.

For physical goods (such as charms, bracelets, ornaments, and other Feng Shui items) purchased through bazi2u.com or our Messenger channel, the following return rules apply:

Goods eligible for return:

• Defective on arrival (manufacturing flaw, broken during shipping, missing parts)
• Wrong item shipped (different from what you ordered)
• Within 7 calendar days of receipt, in original packaging, unused, and with all tags/seals intact

Goods NOT eligible for return:

• Consecrated items (kai guang 開光) — once spiritually consecrated, the item is considered personalized and final
• Custom-engraved items (name engraving, custom inscriptions, personalized characters)
• Items already placed, arranged, or activated at your premises
• Returns based on subjective feelings, perceived efficacy, or personal preference change

Shipping costs:

• For defective or wrong-item returns: return shipping is covered by us, and the refund includes original shipping fees
• For change-of-mind returns within the 7-day window (when otherwise eligible): customer covers return shipping, and the refund covers the item price only

Refund processing:

• Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item
• Refunds are returned via the original payment method
