How long from booking to receiving the report?
Turnaround varies by service. Bazi annual reading and Wedding Date Selection typically 2-5 working days; Naming 5-7 working days; Feng Shui survey report 7-14 working days; Blessing & Proxy Ritual scheduled around the lunar calendar. See each service page for its specific window.
I am not in Malaysia — can I still book?
Except on-site Feng Shui survey (which needs a MY or SG address agreed in advance, travel at cost), the other four pillars deliver digitally or via proxy ritual — MY, SG, HK, TW and anywhere worldwide — all orders, consultations and reports are handled fully online.
What information do I need to prepare?
Shared essentials: date of birth (solar calendar, ideally accurate to within 20 minutes of the hour) and birth place. Feng Shui also needs floor plan and door orientation; Naming needs family name and character preferences; Date Selection needs the principal's Bazi and the ritual type. Each service page lists its full checklist.
How is digital delivery different from an on-site survey?
Digital delivery: Email PDF report (Feng Shui / Naming) or Messenger text and photos (Bazi annual / Date Selection / Blessing & Proxy Ritual) — works for overseas and remote clients. On-site: currently only Feng Shui Layout Analysis is offered on-site in MY and SG, with time and travel arranged in advance.
Do I need to pay before consulting?

Are my Bazi and personal details kept confidential?
