The Platform provides the following services:

• Chinese destiny analysis, BaZi (Four Pillars) chart calculation, and clash/conflict lookup
• Feng Shui, hexagram readings, and divination analysis
• Chinese zodiac fortune analysis
• Auspicious date selection
• Auspicious day recommendations for blessings and remote blessing services
• Fortune sticks (Guanyin Oracle, Guan Yu Oracle, Mazu Oracle, etc.)
• Inauspicious-star mitigation, name selection, and number-auspiciousness services
• Online reading materials, reports, and digital products
• Other features related to traditional Chinese folk culture

All content is provided for personal reference and educational purposes only and does not constitute professional or legal advice.

Users may voluntarily register an account using an email address or Google account to access certain services (such as purchase records, coin management, and newsletter subscriptions).

Users are responsible for ensuring that the registration information they provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Users may not register using another person's identity or false information. We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account that does so.

Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials (such as email and password). We are not liable for any loss arising from a failure to keep credentials secure.

Each person is limited to one account.

Users may permanently delete their account at any time via the App's "Settings > Delete Account" function. Once deleted, all data is unrecoverable, including profile information, coin balance, order history, and referral data.

We respect and protect users' privacy rights. All personal data provided by users is processed and retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws, including Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA 2010). 4.1 Website Purchases

All prices are as listed on the Website unless otherwise stated. Submitting an order and completing payment constitutes confirmation of purchase. All services — particularly online destiny reports and digital files — are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once delivered. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, particularly where payment is incomplete, information is incorrect, or abuse is suspected.

4.2 In-App Purchases (Virtual Currency)

Our mobile applications offer a virtual currency system called "Coins":

• Nature of Coins: Coins are virtual items within the Platform. They have no cash value, are non-transferable to other users, cannot be redeemed for cash or anything of monetary value, and may be used only within the Platform.
• How to obtain Coins: Coins can be acquired through Google Play in-app purchases, by watching rewarded ads, or by inviting friends to register (referral rewards).
• Top-ups and refunds: Coin top-ups are processed through Google Play billing. Once a top-up is successful, Coins are non-refundable. If a top-up fails due to a technical issue, please contact us for assistance. Refund matters are subject to Google Play's refund policy.
• Forfeiture of Coins: Coins will be forfeited without compensation in the following cases: the user voluntarily deletes their account; the user is banned for violating these Terms.
• Eligibility: Users must be at least 18 years old to purchase Coins or any paid service. Users under 18 may not make any paid transactions.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, icons, interface design, databases, software code, and arrangement — is owned by Shun Qian Trading (SSM: 202303132415) or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, redistributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Users undertake not to engage in any of the following:

• Submitting false or misleading information
• Using Platform content to commit commercial fraud or mislead others
• Distributing any content that is unlawful, defamatory, or offensive
• Interfering with or disrupting the normal operation of the Platform
• Using automated tools or scripts to manipulate Platform functionality
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain improper benefits (such as illegitimately obtaining Coins)
• Scraping, copying, or using Platform content without permission

If a user violates the above, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate the account. Any topped-up Coins will not be refunded, and we reserve the right to pursue legal remedies.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Platform content is for general reference only and does not constitute medical, psychological, investment, legal, or other professional advice. We are not responsible for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of or reliance on Platform content.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of all content.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by maintenance, upgrades, network failures, or force majeure.

The destiny analysis, BaZi readings, Feng Shui, divination, hexagram readings, zodiac fortune, blessings, fortune sticks, auspicious date selection, number-auspiciousness, name selection, and similar services provided by the Platform are all based on traditional Chinese folk culture and are intended for users' personal reference, entertainment, and inspiration only.

Such content does not represent absolute, scientific, or empirically verified conclusions. Users are solely responsible for their own judgement and for the consequences of relying on it.

We are not responsible for any decisions users make based on analysis results, including but not limited to decisions regarding relationships, career, health, or investment.

Destiny analysis and Feng Shui are part of traditional culture. Outcomes may vary with time, environment, and individual factors, and we make no guarantee as to their accuracy or effectiveness.

Remote blessings, Tai Sui appeasement, and inauspicious-star mitigation services are folk-cultural experiences. Their effect varies with individual belief and perception, and we make no express or implied guarantee regarding their effectiveness.

For psychological or health concerns, users should seek help from a qualified medical professional or counsellor. Platform content is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

By using the Platform or purchasing related services, you confirm that you have read and agree to the disclaimers above.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shun Qian Trading (SSM: 202303132415) and its affiliates and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall first be resolved by good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted to this page and take effect immediately. Users should check this page regularly. For material changes, we will notify you via in-app notification or a notice on this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
